All sides are claiming victory in Traverse City’s tall buildings lawsuit that went all the way to the Michigan Court of Appeals. The Appeals Court panel of judges issued a split decision Thursday, siding some with the city and the developer, Innovo, but also siding with the group “Save our Downtown.”
