Breakwater

Completed in August of 2020, the Breakwater is a 4-story, fully-leased 78-unit apartment building in Traverse City’s up-and-coming Warehouse District. With a distillery and coffee shop on the ground floor, attached parking and views of beautiful Grand Traverse Bay, the building has become a hub for working professionals.
